BC’s premier wine destination appoints Anahita Pouget as Sales and Marketing Director, Amy Richards as Director of Agriculture and Kea Mueller as Wine Club Director
OLIVER, British Columbia (July 7, 2021) – Phantom Creek Estates, BC’s premier wine destination, announces the appointments of Anahita Pouget as Director of Sales and Marketing, Amy Richards as Director of Agriculture and Kea Mueller as Director of wine club. After its debut in June 2020, the estate has been acclaimed for its iconic design, state-of-the-art cellars and flagship wines which have received over 94 points from the region’s top reviewers. More recently, all of the estate’s wineries have achieved organic certification and the Phantom Creek Restaurant debuted with a high food and beverage program.

Anahita Pouget has cultivated expertise in luxury hospitality and wine since the start of her career in the south of France, where she obtained a bilingual master’s degree in hotel and tourism management before joining the JW Marriott hotel group in Paris. . After a few years spent in the great Parisian houses, she was drawn to the countryside and worked the harvest in Alsace, where she fell in love with winemaking. Anahita moved to Canada to join the Relais & Châteaux group of hotels at the Wikaninnish Inn in Tofino. However, her love of wine drew her to the Okanagan Valley where, for the past decade, she held sales and marketing positions at impressive establishments including CedarCreek Estate Winery and Mission Hill Family Estate. . Now, as Director of Sales and Marketing at Phantom Creek Estates, Anahita brings to the real estate team her extensive industry knowledge and experience in luxury brand marketing.
Amy Richards graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Wine Science from the University of Adelaide in Australia, after which she traveled to the South Island of New Zealand to pursue her interest in cool climate wine making. In 2004, Amy returned to Adelaide to join the South Australian Research and Development Institute as a researcher. The results of her research led to the Australian Winemaker of the Year award in 2011. In 2009, Amy moved to Treasury Wine Estates in the role of Winemaker for McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek Wineries, then in 2015 transferred in California, United States. where she managed the producer contract portfolio in Napa Valley. In 2020, inspired by the region’s potential to produce exceptional red grapes, Amy moved to the Okanagan Valley.
Kea Mueller has an impressive experience in tourism and luxury hospitality which started over five years ago in Germany, working at World Hotels AG, as Loyalty Coordinator and then as Marketing Specialist. In 2017, Kea moved to Dallas, Texas to join the Associated Luxury Hotels International group as Head of Loyalty Marketing. Shortly after moving to Texas, she was promoted within the Luxury Group to Senior Loyalty Program Project Manager and moved to Boston, Massachusetts. Currently, as the Wine Club Manager at Phantom Creek Estates, Kea brings her strong customer retention background and vision to develop high experiences and partnerships that extend far beyond the traditional offerings of vineyards.
