Will they be open Labor Day 2022?
With Labor Day fast approaching, many of us will be spending time with family and friends at a barbecue as a final farewell to summer. But if barbecuing isn’t your thing or you don’t want to hang out in too humid weather, you can head to a restaurant like Olive Garden for the holidays. Is there really a better way to spend the day than eating your weight in breadsticks and salad? I do not think so.
The question is, is Olive Garden actually open on Labor Day?
Fortunately, Olive Garden is open on Labor Day this year. The Italian restaurant is open most holidays, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. So instead of heading to a BBQ or cooking a bunch of food, you can head to Olive Garden, sit in the AC, and eat some lasagna. Sounds like a perfect Monday plan to me!
The chain restaurant also has a bunch of promotions going on right now, including their new Strawberry cream cake.
Plus, if you prefer to stay home and not cook, they have their usual family meals to go. You just need to pick them up from the restaurant and take them home to eat. Meals include everything from lasagna and chicken alfredo to scampi with prawns and breadsticks. Never forget the breadsticks!

They also offer take-out entrees for $6. These are refrigerated so you’ll have to do a bit of cooking, but nothing like if you were doing it from scratch. And at this price, your bank account will also be delighted.
And even if you’re cooking a big meal for friends and family, Olive Garden also offers wine and beer. You can grab a few bottles and not have to wander around the liquor store (or grocery store) trying to figure out which wine or beer you should buy. You can just order online and pick it up at the restaurant.
No matter what you’re doing on Labor Day, if the meal doesn’t work out, or if you need something for lunch before heading to a barbecue for dinner, Olive Garden will be open for all your needs. (sort of) Italian.
